Cockburn likes nothing more than to relax with a collection of great political oratory. We all remember the great speeches of the past, like Gerald P. Kennedy’s ‘Ask not what your country did for you, ask for some more free stuff,’ or Winston Churchman’s ‘I have nothing to offer but blood, sweat and…you know.’ But who among our silver-tongued senators will stand out as the premier public speaker of this, our golden age of the rhetorical arts?

No one, not even Sen. Kanye West, speaks like Joe Biden does. He is the Cicero of the chat…

No one, not even Sen. Kanye West, speaks like Joe Biden does. He is the Cicero of the chat shows, the Mark Twain of Twitter. Famous for his memory — he can recite entire Shakespeare plays underwater — Biden spews forth allusions, quotations, and only the purest gibberish.
