Exclusive: my son Elon and Trump are right about the ‘white genocide,’ says Errol Musk

‘I talk to Elon and tell him what the situation is in South Africa, and he talks to Trump,’ Errol told The Spectator

Elon Musk stood silently in the Oval Office, eyeballing the South African President while Donald Trump tore into the ANC leader for permitting “white genocide.”

The exiting Department for Government Efficiency (DoGE) chief said nothing as the President dimmed the lights and required an unsuspecting Cyril Ramaphosa to watch a short film about white farmers being targeted and South African politicians chanting “kill the farmer.”

As Donald Trump berated Ramaphosa, Trump didn’t call on Musk, standing just a few feet away. He didn’t need to intervene: according to Elon’s father, Errol Musk, his son – an outspoken critic of Ramaphosa’s government – had already briefed the President about what he agrees is “white genocide”.

“I talk to Elon and tell him what the situation is in South Africa, and he talks to Trump,” Errol told The Spectator. “Elon has been out of the country for 35 years, so I tell Elon and he conveys that to Trump and whoever. But he’s not stupid, he knows what’s going on here.”

Errol is adamant a white genocide is happening in South Africa. While he says that white deaths account for a small percentage of the population, “thousands and thousands of them [white people] are dead and killed in the most horrible ways. So on a proportional basis, it amounts to genocide.

“The blacks are calling for this to happen in stadiums of a hundred thousand. There is no police force left in the country. The ANC has just squandered all that [money] and spent it among themselves… certainly they don’t care about blacks, the ordinary blacks. And so, yeah, Donald Trump dealt very well with it.

“Mr. Ramophosa thinks he’s dealing with other politicians. Let’s just sit around a table and we’ll talk this thing out. Don’t worry about the white killings. Don’t worry about the farmers being killed. Let’s just sit around a table. We’ll talk this whole thing out. That will never go down with people like Elon and Trump. Never.”

Errol believes multiculturalism has failed in South Africa. “The two types of people don’t really mix too well. It sounds grand to have a multicultural country and all that sort of stuff, but ultimately it doesn’t really work. You’re seeing that all over the world.”

Errol lives in a luxury double-story coastal villa in Langebaan, South Africa – a two-hour drive from Cape Town. He has two young children – Elliot, 8, and Elias, 6. While he says he feels safe here, his older children – Elon and Kimbal – want him to move his family to America.

“I have a house in Austin, Texas where I’ve just come back from two or three weeks ago, and I’m going back there shortly. But I live here and I’ve got two small children here in South Africa of eight and six. And I have my other whole family in America, in Texas.

“Growing up in South Africa, I grew up very poor, so I never really got any benefit out of Apartheid. But when I was a young boy, there was at least a good police. So you could ride your bicycle to school without fear and you can’t do that now.

“But as far as my family’s concerned, what they want is they want these two little ones in America as soon as possible. Kimbal and Elon say we’ve got to get them here. That’s them talking, not me.”

Errol is quick to push back against detractors of his son’s time in government. Elon formally announced this week that he would be spending less time with DoGE and more time with Tesla. Critics say Elon’s department is not on track to achieve anything like the $2 billion cuts to government spending that he promised and point to sales of Teslas falling by 13 percent this year.

“He’s been very successful at DoGE,” Errol bristles.” His contract period is over, but the team that he set up, they are actual federal employers. So they are going on cleaning up the different departments, particularly the one that’s coming is the Department of Defense, the Pentagon. So that’s a big one that’s going to take a long time, could take a year to sort out.

“As Elon has said, the ultimate saving to the American taxpayer should be in the vicinity of something over a trillion dollars.”

Asked if his time in government has left Elon bruised, Errol says no. Instead, he has words for the mainstream media, and some outlets attempt to label his son a Nazi.

“They [mainstream media] have a problem in their brain.” He joked, “I think it’s maybe from the Covid injection, the aluminum bits and stuff have got into their head or something.

“But no, Elon hasn’t got a problem at all. Not at all. Tesla has not suffered. Tesla’s share price is up 140 percent of what it was this time last year. I’ve just been in America. Every third car is a Tesla and everybody wants a new one. So we don’t have any problems there.”

And he is unhappy that the Wall Street Journal chose to delve into Elon’s personal life with an article about his son’s “legion of babies.” “It’s personal. It’s not something that has anything to do with the public. They’re trying to smear his character or something, I suppose. But it doesn’t work.”

Trump’s assertion – thought to be influenced by Elon – is that a white genocide is taking place in South Africa. Critics point out that the worst victims of South Africa’s government are not white Afrikaners, but poor black people – the majority of South Africans – who have been deliberately impoverished.

But whether what is happening in South Africa is technically a genocide or not, there is no doubt that grave crimes are being committed. In his father’s eyes, at least, Elon is desperately trying to save his beloved home country, in much the same way as he is trying to save humanity by reaching for Mars. Most importantly, the most powerful leader in the world happens to agree with him on this point.
