Can I read articles without becoming a subscriber? 

Non-subscribers can read a selection of articles for free each month after registering an account with us. Only paid subscribers will have full access to all digital content.

I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it? 

Click on the “Forgot password?” link on the login form and follow the on-screen instructions.

I’m having difficulties with my account or problems accessing content. How can I fix this?

If you have successfully registered an account but you’re still having difficulties, please try logging out of your account, clearing your browser’s cache (visit your browser’s support page for instructions) and logging back in. If this doesn’t resolve your issue, please contact our support team via email at support@thespectator.com detailing the problem you are experiencing and we will investigate and resolve this as soon as possible. 

Can I access The Spectator World app? And if so, how? 

Paid subscribers will have full access to the Spectator World app, available on all Apple and Android devices. In order to use the app, you must first download it from the Apple Store or Google Play on your device. 

How do I cancel my subscription? Will I be eligible for a refund? 

You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Account page and selecting “Disable auto renew.” Your cancellation will come into effect at the end of your current subscription term. Selecting “cancel” will immediately cancel your subscription before the end of the subscription term. In the unlikely event that a payment is taken after you’ve canceled your subscription, we will refund you in full. We will not issue any refund for unfulfilled issues, except under extraordinary circumstances.

How do I sign up for newsletters? 

The Spectator World offers a variety of daily, weekend and weekly newsletters. Click “Newsletters” at the top of our website to find out more and to select which newsletters you would like to receive.

How do I sign up to post comments? 

Posting comments on articles is reserved for subscribers only. You must be logged in to comment.

How do I pitch articles to The Spectator World? 

Please send any article pitches to pitches@thespectator.com and a member of the team will get back to you if the story is of interest. Please understand that The Spectator World receives a substantial number of submissions so we will not always be able to respond to article pitches directly.
